Hotel Flamingo Inn, Queretaro

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although basic, were conveniently located next to the swimming pool, which could get pretty noisy even at late hours of the night. Despite the heat and the small size of the rooms, the lack of prompt maintenance was noticeable. On the upside, the service was exceptional, especially Francisco, who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The bilingual and friendly staff were helpful with recommendations and accommodating requests. The location, very close to the historical center, was a major highlight with amazing lush surroundings, though cleanliness in the bathroom was lacking at times. The dining options were limited to an à la carte restaurant, not suitable for children, but the salads were tasty. Facilities were decent overall.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working properly. The service was excellent with bilingual staff who were very helpful, especially Francisco.
